No refunds will be provided for missed tours, unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur services. Rescheduling confirmed tours, airport transfers, and other travel services is not allowed.

We'll confirm your cancellation via email, fax, or phone and inform you of any cancellation fees. We are not responsible for cancellations not received or confirmed by us.
Your itinerary may change due to local conditions, weather, airline schedules, and other factors. We'll provide suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability. We typically announce itinerary changes before departure. NeuroOceans Travel and Tourism reserves the right to make minor itinerary changes without compensation. No refunds will be given in cases of force majeure, such as floods or earthquakes.
If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we'll try to find a suitable alternative within your budget and standards. Hotel check-in/check-out policies vary. NeuroOceans Travel and Tourism is not responsible for early or late check-in/check-out requests denied by the hotel due to occupancy.
NeuroOceans Travel and Tourism is not responsible for any damages due to accidents, illnesses, injuries, lost luggage, or trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
